Our head chef, Simon Lawrence, has a philosophy of honesty in flavours with clean presentation and a meticulously managed sourcing of ingredients, locally where possible and always British when best. We offer a selection of daily specials and with a bit of notice can cater for large parties and special requests.
The Winning Post is proud to serve food seven days a week. We offer the following meals to both hotel guests and the general public:
Full breakfast: 7.30am-10am Monday to Friday and 8am-10am at Weekends. The breakfast menu can be seen here.
The Paddock Menu (light eats) is served between 12pm and 10pm (excluding Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm) in the bar and on the terrace. The Paddock menu can be seen here.
Dinner: 6.30pm with last orders at 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and on Sundays, a reduced Paddock menu is served between 7pm and 9pm. Please call for any further details. The a la carte menu can be found here.
