Here are some of the British companies we work with to bring you the finest produce for your meal.
We get all our beef and pork from Hornbuckle Farm, just a few hundred metres down the road from The Winning Post. This includes all our Sunday Roast Beef and Roast Pork, our pork chops, our bacon and all our beef steaks.
Hornbuckle Farm, near Warfield, has been in the Emmett family since 1944 and they work extremely hard to produce the highest quality beef and pork on their oasis of lush green pasture. What sets Hornbuckle Farm apart from other suppliers is that all the butchery is done on site by James and Charlotte, the current custodians.
Stokes Farm in Wokingham supply us with all our free range eggs. The hens on the farm are free to roam in the fields every day and are fed a nutrient rich vegetarian diet which is GM free.
Our fish is brought to us direct from the quays of Newlyn in Cornwall by Charlie Claw and is always cooked and served fresh, never frozen.
